Raw green coffee powder, is a rich antioxidant chlorogenic acid, which acts as controller of body weight. It is obtained by grinding the golden grain green coffee (shelled), controlling the parameters to maintain their properties.
Coffee contains caffeine, an alkaloid that has, among others, stimulating properties. For this reason it is consumed mainly in the morning, or during working hours, sometimes at night, by those who want to stay awake and focused.
Dependence coffee (caffeine) is widespread, and this gives rise to observable symptoms.
In preparing coffee, caffeine appears at the end. When water flows through the coffee grinding is initially impregnated with the aromas and then only caffeine. This represents an opposite scheme to process tea. Contrary to popular belief, a long espresso will be more stimulating than a short coffee. The amount of caffeine depends on the type of coffee. Arabica, robusta more expensive, has more flavor and less caffeine. For this reason they are often mixtures of arabica and robusta.
